SHIPPING/TRACKING
Your tracking information will be available in an email once the process is finalized. Then you will be provided with a tracking link to then track your package.
Orders will be shipped via 5-7-days and or soon once processing is complete. Please note: 5-7-day shipping applies to business days and excludes holidays. An option to get your items sooner will be available at check out.
To qualify for free shipping (before taxes) all orders must be $170 or more and this is for DOMESTIC orders only please.
Please Note: International packages maybe subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, BORNE PERFECT will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS
We here at Borne Perfect rely on the exact tracking provided to you as a customer once a package leaves our facility. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail.
In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please email BorneperfectclothingCS@gmail.com for further assistance. Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FILL IN THE CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DURING THE CHECK OUT PROCESS.
