SHIPPING AND RETURN
Our goal is to ship out all orders as soon as possible. However, please allow at least 1 - 2 business days processing time, 7-10 business days for cut and sew which are made to order plus 2 - 3 days for shipping transit time; depending on where the orders placed.
You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.
We ship a majority of our orders via U.S. Postal Service. Signature required.
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. Most unopened items sold by BORNE PERFECT in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Customer must first contact BORNE PERFECT to receive Return Authorization Number, prior to shipping back any items. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to BORNE PERFECT. The return address will be provided, upon return approval.
Requirements that need to be meet:
- Item(s) must be returned 3 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn condition and free of odor or will be DENIED!
- Accompanied by the return authorization number. (Provided by BORNE PERFECT)
Once your item(s) are received, your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days).
