Pattern
Pattern creation is the process of transforming technical drawings into precise development patterns. Each pattern is fully customizable to your specifications, with adjustments made until the design and fit meet your exact standards.
Our goal is to ensure consistency in measurements and cuts across all sizes (S to 6XL ect..) maintaining uniformity in large-scale apparel production. We take your vision and refine it into a production-ready design, ready to be cut and sewn with precision.
Finalize your fabric and design
Typically, our clients provide their own fabric and materials. However, if needed, our cut-and-sew manufacturing team can source and finalize all necessary materials for your clothing brand, including fabric, trims, and accessories.
Once the design is complete, we will deliver a detailed tech pack with design and measurement specifications. After your approval, we’ll proceed with bulk production, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
Mockups / Tech Pack
Clothing mockups are an essential part of your product’s tech pack, providing manufacturers with a clear visual representation of your design. Tech packs streamline the production process by ensuring your product is made to your exact specifications. The mockup file helps create professional clothing visuals, allowing you to showcase your apparel just like top fashion brands.
Cutting and sewing
Your custom garments will be expertly cut and sewn from the fabric of your choice, following the approved pattern.
Before assembly, each piece is carefully sorted by size, color, and quantity to ensure precision.
Skilled sewing machine operators handle the stitching process, working with bundled fabric pieces to sew specific sections of the garment before passing them along to the next stage of production. This ensures consistency and high-quality craftsmanship in every piece.
Sampling Process
Before moving forward with bulk production, we first create a sample of your design and send it to you for review. This allows you to see and feel the final product before mass production begins, ensuring it meets your expectations.
This process helps minimize errors and ensures clear communication between us. Once you approve the sample, we move swiftly into bulk production, streamlining the process so your product reaches the market as quickly as possible.
Quality Assurance
During the cut-and-sew manufacturing process, we conduct thorough quality checks and provide comprehensive reports to the fashion house.
Our quality assurance measures include strict supervision, compliance with customer requirements, and multiple inspections—each product undergoes 3 to 4 quality checks before shipment. This guarantees exceptional craftsmanship and ensures every piece meets the highest industry standards.
Packaging
In the final stage, once your product is ready for shipment, the garments are folded, tagged, sized, and packaged according to your specifications. To ensure the materials stay clean and wrinkle-free during shipping, the clothes are carefully packed into protective plastic bags, either manually or automatically. Finally, the clothing is placed into cardboard boxes and shipped directly to your doorstep.

Labeling
Once your product is finalized, we make sure that every piece has your label before it is sent to the packaging department
Packaging
The final product is ironed, folded with care and packed in the baggage of your choice to give it a premium look
